What we do

Three things, done properly.

We don't pretend to be a full renovation outfit. We specialise — which is exactly why our work is cleaner and our pricing is sharper.

Partition walls

Stud-and-track drywall partitions built straight, plumb and quiet. Room dividers, study nooks, extra bedrooms, storerooms, office cellular spaces.

  • Metal stud or timber stud framing
  • Single or double-layer plasterboard
  • Acoustic and fire-rated build-ups
  • Moisture-resistant board for wet areas
  • Door openings, service voids, skim & sand ready for paint

Painting

Proper prep, proper coverage. We fill, sand and prime before a brush touches the wall — because that's the part that decides how the finish looks in two years.

  • Full-unit repainting and new-unit painting
  • Crack filling, skim coating and sealing
  • Nippon, Dulux, Jotun and other brands on request
  • Feature walls, accent colours, spray finishes
  • Furniture wrapped, floors covered, site cleaned daily

False ceilings & L-box

Plaster ceilings, box-ups and cornices that hide the aircon trunking, the piping and the ugly bits — with clean shadow lines and level surfaces.

  • Full false ceilings and partial box-ups
  • L-box for cove and downlight lighting
  • Cornice and shadow-line detailing
  • Aircon trunking and pipe concealment
  • Access hatches where you'll actually need them

Something not on this list? Ask anyway — if it's adjacent to what we do, we'll either quote it or point you to someone we trust.

Who we work with

Homeowners, offices, and the trade.

Homeowners

HDB, condo & landed

You've got a quote from an ID and the partition line item made your eyes water. Come to us directly for that portion — or for the whole paint job before you move in. We'll explain what you actually need and what you don't.

Commercial

Offices & shops

Cellular offices, meeting rooms, partitioned storage, repainting between tenancies. We work after hours and over weekends so your team isn't stepping over our tools on Monday morning. PO and invoice friendly.

Trade

Contractors & IDs

Need a reliable partition and paint sub who turns up, hits the programme and doesn't create snagging for the next trade? Send us the drawings and we'll come back with rates. Repeat trade clients get priority scheduling.

How it works

Four steps. No runaround.

Two ways to start: send us your drawings if you have them, or let us come and measure. Either way, you get a fixed price in writing before anyone lifts a tool.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

WhatsApp us a photo, a floor plan, an ID drawing, or just a description of the room. Rough is fine — we're used to reading between the lines.

  2. 02

Quote on drawings or on site

If your drawings are clear, we can price straight off them. If not, we'll come down, measure up and check the existing conditions. Site visits are free and there's no obligation.

  3. 03

    Fixed price, agreed scope

You get an itemised quote: what's included, what's not, how long it takes. If you want to trim the scope to hit a budget, we'll tell you honestly where the savings actually are.

  4. 04

We build it and clean up

Our own crew on site, protection down before we start, daily clear-up, and a walkthrough with you at the end. Anything not right gets put right.

Why go direct

The same wall. A very different invoice.

There's nothing wrong with hiring an interior designer — they earn their fee on layout, sourcing and coordination. But when you already know you want a partition and a repaint, every extra hand in the chain is another margin on top of the same tradesman's day.

No layered margins

You're paying the people holding the trowel, not a chain of coordinators above them.

We're specialists

Partitions, paint and ceilings all day, every day. Speed and finish quality come from repetition.

Straight answers

If your idea won't work, or there's a cheaper way to get the same result, we'll say so before you commit.

Clean sites

Covered floors, wrapped furniture, contained dust and a tidy handover. Your neighbours will thank you.

What clients say

Word of mouth is most of our business.

“Our ID quoted us a four-figure sum just for one partition wall. These guys did it for a fraction, finished in two days, and the wall is dead straight. Wish we'd called them first.”

“Turned up when they said, covered everything before starting, and the walls still look new a year on. No drama, no chasing.”

“We use them as our partition sub now. They read drawings properly and they don't leave snagging for the next trade, which is rarer than it should be.”

Questions

The things people ask us first.

Yes. We come down, measure up, look at the existing walls and ceiling, and talk through what you want. You get a written quote afterwards with no obligation to proceed.

It depends on length, height, the build-up you need (acoustic, fire-rated, moisture-resistant), and whether there's a door opening or services running through. We'd rather give you an accurate fixed price after a quick look than a number now that changes later. Send us a photo or a plan and we'll usually come back within two working days.

For most non-structural drywall partitions and painting in an HDB flat, a renovation permit is typically required and your contractor needs to be an HDB-registered renovation contractor. Condos usually need MCST approval and have fixed working hours. We'll tell you what applies to your job and help with the paperwork — but always check the current requirements with HDB or your MCST directly, since rules change.

Yes. We wrap and sheet everything before we start and clear up at the end of each day. For a full repaint it's easier and faster if the unit is empty, and we'll usually price it slightly keener that way — but occupied units are completely normal for us.

A single partition wall is typically one to three days including skimming and sanding. A full-unit repaint is usually two to four days depending on size and prep. False ceilings and L-box work vary the most — we'll give you a day count in the quote and tell you straight away if anything changes it.

Yes — supply and apply, with the brand and finish stated in the quote. If you've already bought your own paint, or you want a specific premium line, no problem: we'll price labour only and adjust accordingly.

We walk the job with you at handover and snag it there and then. If something shows up afterwards that's down to our workmanship, tell us and we'll come back and sort it out.

Often. Plenty of our work is as a partition and paint subcontractor on someone else's project. Send the drawings and programme, and we'll come back with rates.
